What is the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme?
The CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme (formerly known as the Carbon Reduction Commitment) is a new mandatory emissions trading scheme that aims to improve energy efficiency and reduce the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) emitted in theUK. This is vital to achieving our overall targets of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 by at least 80% compared to the 1990 baseline.

Does it Affect You?
We are now in the registration period for the introductory phase of the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme, which ends in September 2010. All organisations that had at least one half hourly meter settled on the half hourly market in 2008 will be required to do something under the Scheme.

Do you know what you should be measuring and how to report it?
Do you know the financial implications of the scheme for your organisation?
Do you know how to minimise the risks and maximise the opportunities?
Do you know what allowances are - and what to do with them?
Do you know how to boost your position in the league table?
If you answered 'no' to any of these questions then our new workshop can help you.

The Training
Our workshop provides a practical guide to the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme for those of you within an organisation who are responsible for ensuring compliance with the Scheme- helping you to take the necessary steps...
